Majlis is an educational trivia platform celebrating Saudi culture and promoting knowledge learning. We provide Jeopardy-style games with categories rooted in Saudi traditions, customs, and heritage, alongside business, law, medical sciences, entertainment, and general knowledge topics. Users can create teams, participate in culturally-enriched knowledge competitions, and enhance their understanding of Saudi culture while expanding their educational horizons through interactive gameplay.

Game Credit System

Our platform operates on a game credit-based system where users purchase game credits to create games. Each game creation costs 1 game credit. Game credits are non-refundable once purchased but do not expire. New users receive 3 free game credits upon registration and phone verification.

Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Tap Payment gateway. We offer various game credit packages (Basic: 5 game credits, Premium: 20 game credits, Pro: 50 game credits). All sales are final and payments are non-refundable. Prices may be subject to change with prior notice.

Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent while protecting the integrity of our service.

• Refunds will only be considered for technical issues that prevent access to purchased game credits or games within 24 hours of purchase.
• Used game credits (game credits spent on completed games) are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase with detailed explanation of the issue.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method used for the purchase.
